As a Parent of a Harmony Student:
I understand that my participation in my child's education will help his/her achievement and attitude. Therefore, I agree to carry out the following responsibilities to the best of my ability:
- I will teach my child the importance of daily school attendance and punctuality
- Encourage my child to complete his/her homework in a quiet place/time and read for at least 20 minutes a day
- Review and sign my child's homework to ensure that it is complete
- Attend Back-to-School, Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences, Open House, and other events
- Teach my child the importance of showing respect in order to receive respect from adults and classmates
- Communicate with my child's teacher throughout the year on his/her progress and behavior
