Welcome to Harmony Elementary School! 

We are currently accepting applications for Pre-School, Transitional Kinder, Kindergarten, and Grades 1 - 5. Harmony is also the home of a Two-Way Dual Language English/Spanish Program. Parents interested in their Kinder child becoming bilingual and biliterate, please contact our school for more information and to learn about the application process. 

We are committed to supporting parents and students to ensure students are prepared with the tools to start the 2021 – 2022 school year. We look forward to welcoming your child to Harmony Elementary School!

Below is information to guide you through the process:

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR PRE-SCHOOL, TK, AND KINDER ENROLLMENT

  • Pre-School: Must be between 3 – 4 years old before September 1, 2021
  • Transitional Kinder (TK): must be 5 years old between September 2 through December 2, 2021
  • Kinder students: must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2021
 

HOW TO ENROLL FOR ALL GRADE LEVELS: 

Please review the ENROLLMENT CHECKLIST.

  • As indicated in the ENROLLMENT CHECKLIST you will need the following:
    • Complete Student Enrollment Form
    • Complete Student Emergency Form
    • Complete Student Housing Questionnaire 
    • Proof of Residence*
    • Proof of Student's Age*
    • Identity Verification of Parent/Guardian/Educational Rights Holder/Caregiver ("parent")*

    • Proof of Immunization*                                                                                                                                                            * For examples of documents you can provide please see the ENROLLMENT CHECKLIST

  • Print the 3 completed forms (Student Enrollment Form, Student Emergency Form, and Student Housing  Questionnaire) and collect the 4 documents (Proof of Residence, Proof of Student's Age, Identity    Verification, Proof of Immunization).  
  • Once you have printed the completed forms and have the documents, contact us for an appointment:
    • School Number:  323-238-0791 starting Monday, July 26, 2021
  • If you have trouble accessing and printing the forms, visit our office for a paper copy of the Enrollment Forms or contact us via phone for assistance.
  • If you are having trouble locating any of the 4 required documents contact us via phone for guidance.
